Kostiantyn Gridin
Partner at CFC Big Ideas, Founder at Future Energy Week, Founder & Head Organizer at Davos Energy Week

Kostiantyn founded Future Energy Week to foster an active global dialog between public and private energy leaders and all other businesses around the world to address the biggest challenges of the energy transition FEW is the global gateway to business opportunities arising from the transition to a sustainable energy economy.

The first event within the framework of Future Energy Week was a global online event, Davos Energy Week, which took place on January 19–21, 2021 and brought together more than 5500 participants, 70+ speakers, 7 Energy Ministers from Europe and the Americas, top management of the world’s leading corporations and consultancies, industry associations, think tanks and NGOs.

Since then, Kostiantyn and his team have been working on a series of online and hybrid events, including sectoral and regional conferences, special renewable energy events, and many other energy-related initiatives. The Future Energy Week’s team is building up a vast amount of free-to-access content including business practical insights, news articles, and reports on a broad range of energy transition topics.

Since the outbreak of the pandemic, Kostiantyn Gridin has delved deep into the mechanics of how to make a successful online event. He pioneered with an on-line discussion on the Legalization of Medical Cannabis in Europe in April 2020. Then he produced and developed one week of programming for Global Inclusion Online Forum in early September 2020.

Kostyantyn is a graduate of the Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry program at Iacocca Institute, Lehigh University (USA). He also holds B. A. and M. A. degrees in International Economic Relations from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University (Ukraine). Kostyantyn was a grant recipient of the exchange program in Cairo University, Egypt.


Maria Bukhtoiarova
Project Manager at CFC Big Ideas, Organizer at Davos Energy Week

Maria is an events management professional and an active member of the Future Energy Week community, responsible for finding new opportunities for interesting ideas for energy events and coordinating their implementation.

Maria coordinated Davos Energy Week 2021 event process, including digital promotion, partners and speakers engagement, media relations, payment processes, participant inquiries, virtual platform and streaming, and budget planning. She was also part of the team of organizers of the Global Inclusion Online Forum, which took place in September 2020 and brought together more than two thousand participants from around the world.

Mariia holds a B. A. in International Relations from the Collegium Civitas and has also spent one semester studying Social Sciences at the University of Amsterdam.


Andrii Bilovusiak
Account Executive at CFC Big Ideas, Organizer at Davos Energy Week

Andrii is an active member of the Future Energy Week community and was one of the organizers of Davos Energy Week 2021 responsible for sponsors and partners engagement, media relations, digital promotion, and online expo.

In his role as a Partnerships Manager, Andrii is the main point of contact for potential sponsors, organizational and media partners, journalists, and exhibitors. He also manages the promotion of the event on social media.

Andrii joined CFC Big Ideas in 2020. He was one of the organizers of the Global Inclusion Online Forum.

Prior to joining CFC Big Ideas Andrii worked for the communications team in the office of the Member of Parliament of Ukraine as an intern. He was also actively involved in the European Youth Parliament and the Student Advisory Council to the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine.

Andrii is studying towards a major in International Communications at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where he was awarded the Government of Ukraine scholarship for distinguished students. Andrii is also an alumnus of the FLEX Exchange Program and spent a year studying advanced social studies and Spanish in the state of New Mexico.


Kateryna Pokryshko
Account Executive at CFC Big Ideas, Organizer at Davos Energy Week

Kateryna is an online events professional. She was one of the organizers of Davos Energy Week 2021 where she was responsible for speakers engagement, agenda planning, and streaming.

Kateryna joined CFC Big Ideas in 2019. She specializes in communications and event management. Kateryna is currently organizing the Eastern European GR Forum, which will take place on March 18–19, 2021. She was also part of the team of organizers of the Global Inclusion Online Forum, which took place in September 2020.

Prior to joining CFC Big Ideas, Kateryna worked in the fields of event management and administration.

Kateryna is studying towards a major in Marketing at Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics.


Dmytro Chernohod
Project Manager at CFC Big Ideas, Organizer of Startup Pitch Competition

Dmytro was one of the organizers of Davos Energy Week 2021, where he was responsible for managing the Technology Stage and organizing the Startup Pitch Competition, which aimed to provide startups in the energy sector with a platform to present their ideas to a global audience.

Dmytro joined CFC Big Ideas in 2020. He specializes in communications, partners engagement, events management, and startup projects.

Dmytro was one of the organizers of the Global Inclusion Online Forum, where he was in charge of organizing the Startup Pitch Competition that gathered DEI Startups and experts from each continent. He is also responsible for all other startup events organized by CFC Big Ideas.

Prior to joining the CFC Big Ideas Dmytro worked as an influencer marketing manager and social media specialist at several projects.

Dmytro graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow where he obtained his B. A. in Cultural and Media Management. He is an alumnus of the Middlesex University in London where he has spent a year studying Sociology as an Erasmus+ student. He also got a chance to participate in several exchange projects in Denmark, Croatia, Scotland, and the US. As a big fan of TED talks, he volunteered at TEDx events in London.


Anastasia Cherkaska
Account Executive at CFC Big Ideas, Organizer at Davos Energy Week

Anastasia is a specialist in online events and social media. She was one of the organizers of Davos Energy Week 2021, where she led the entire process of digital promotion of the event, promotional activities of organizational and media partners, and PR.

Anastasia joined CFC Big Ideas in 2020. She is currently organizing an online event dedicated to investment in the music industry. She was also part of the team of organizers of the Global Inclusion Online Forum, which took place in September 2020.

Anastasia holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Communications from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University. She is an alumna of the FLEX program and has spent a year studying in Wisconsin, USA. Anastasia was a part of several Erasmus+ cultural exchanges in Europe and has volunteered with the United Nations, Eurovision, Kyiv Economic Forum, and Tabletochki Foundation.


Anna Krys
Head of Diversity & Inclusion at CFC Big Ideas, Anchor, Organizer of Startup Pitch Competition

Anna is an enthusiastic anchor of the Startup Pitch Contest, which was part of Davos Energy Week 2021 and the Global Inclusion Online Forum 2020 programs.

Anna joined CFC Big Ideas in 2019 after having worked in Ireland for several years. A natural entrepreneur, she has run multiple businesses, led community development initiatives and worked in the tech industry in both Ukraine and Ireland. Before moving to Dublin in 2015, she owned a concert agency and co-founded two youth public organizations.

Being a social activist, Anna got into the Irish Top 30 under 30 ranking by Sunday Business Post as a recognition of her social projects. While Living in Ireland, she provided training for women in Irish prisons and was part of the “Diversity in Tech Week 2019” organizing team, a Dog Patch Labs project that received an international award from Google For Startups.

When Anna came to Ukraine, she realized there was little to no talk about inclusion in her home country. This led to her inspiring the idea of the first-ever Global Inclusion Online Forum, world’s # 1 conference on Diversity & Inclusion organized by CFC Big Ideas.

Anna studied Sales and Marketing at the IBAT College Dublin (Ireland). She also holds M. A. in Sociology from the Odessa National University and B. A. in Management of Organizations from the European University (Ukraine).
